Terms of service

These terms govern your use of OpenSlot, a scheduling service operated by MAKEITFLOW Agency G.P. (“we”). By creating an account or booking a time you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your sign-in email secure. You're responsible for activity on your account, including API tokens you create.
• If you add teammates, you're responsible for giving them the right role.

Acceptable use

Don't use OpenSlot to:

• break the law or infringe others' rights;
• send spam, or collect people's information without a legitimate reason;
• impersonate others or mislead invitees;
• interfere with the service, probe its security, or exceed rate limits on purpose;
• point webhooks at systems you don't control or aren't allowed to use.

Your content and invitees

You own what you put into OpenSlot (event descriptions, questions, branding). You give us permission to host and display it to provide the service. When people book with you, you're responsible for how you use the information they give you, and for having any consent you need to collect it.

Connected services

Calendar connections, video links, email delivery, webhooks and embeds depend on third-party services (such as Google and Apple). Their availability and terms are outside our control.

Availability and changes

We work to keep OpenSlot running and your bookings correct, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue features; for significant changes that affect you, we'll give reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as missed meetings or lost business), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim (or CAD $100 if you paid nothing).

Ending your use

You can stop using OpenSlot and delete your account at any time in Settings → Account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice when reasonable.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and, for significant changes, notify hosts by email. Continuing to use OpenSlot means you accept the updated terms.
